Eleven para cyclists will represent the ARA Australian Cycling Team at the 2026 UCI Para Cycling Road World Championships in Huntsville, USA.
The squad will travel to Huntsville, Alabama, USA and race for rainbow jerseys from September 4-7.
The 11-strong team will look to build on it’s a history-making campaign in 2025.
Last year the team equalled its 2019 record taking home nine gold medals, secured Australia's first-ever medal in the Mixed Team Relay with silver, and produced a number of historic performances, including four dual world champions.

Grant Allen, Lauren Parker and Alex Welsh return to the team this year after winning silver in the Mixed Team Relay in 2025.
Returning from that team are four dual road and time trial world champions: Lauren Parker (H3), Alana Forster (C5), Tara Neyland (C4), and Tahlia Clayton-Goodie (C1).
Parker will again link up with Grant Allen and Alex Welsh for the Mixed Team Trial, which they won silver last year.
Joining them in the USA will be seasoned campaigners: Alistair Donohoe, Darren Hicks, Emily Petricola, Meg Lemon and with emerging talent Emma Mickle rounding out the squad.
AusCycling Head Coach of Para Cycling Sheila Galloway said the team would arrive in Huntsville determined to build on one of the most successful road campaigns in the program's history.
“Australian Para Cycling is in one of the strongest periods in its history, and the performances at the 2025 UCI Para Cycling Road World Championships demonstrated the depth, professionalism and resilience across this program,” she said.
“One of the defining features of our success in recent years has been the way our athletes unite behind the green and gold. Throughout 2025, we saw that spirit reflected in outstanding teamwork, smart tactical execution and the courage to make bold decisions when it mattered most. Maintaining that culture will be critical to our success in 2026.
“Last year gave us real confidence in the strength of this program, what we can achieve together, but this team isn't interested in staying still - we're focused on raising the bar. The athletes selected for 2026 are driven not by what they’ve already achieved, but by what they belief in what is possible.
“These athletes represent the very best of Australian sport - not just through their performances, but through the determination, resilience and teamwork that underpin them. We hope Australians are inspired by their stories and see that when barriers are challenged and potential is embraced, remarkable things can happen."
