Day two of the first UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup has delivered a six medal time trial day for the ARA Australian Cycling Team, three of which were winning rides from Alana Forster in women's C5, Tahlia Clayton-Goodie in women's C1 and Meg Lemon in women's C4.
Forster, the defending women's C5 UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup champion, started her back-to-back ambitions on top to the tune of 56 seconds in Ostend, Belgium.
Lemon joined the party in her C4 classification, winning by 13.9 seconds ahead of reigning Paralympic champion Samantha Bosco (USA).
Clayton-Goodie was reclassified as a C1 in the days before racing began in Belgium and delivered a dominant performance that saw her finish four minutes and 41 seconds ahead of fellow ARA Australian Cycling Team teammate Kaitlyn Schurmann.
Darren Hicks won bronze in the always hotly-contested men's C2 time trial after finishing 47.9 seconds down on his French rival Alexandre Leaute.
