Important information regarding 2022 UCI DHI World Championships

AusCycling would like to inform those athletes who are seeking to be considered for the 2022 UCI Downhill World Championship Team and National Federation entries for the 2022 UCI Downhill World Cup season, that a revised version of the World Championship Selection Criterion, and a newly published DHI Federation Entries Selection Criterion, are now available on the Australian Cycling Team website.

For the World Championships, the selection criterion now includes an Appendix 1 which provides greater detail on performance standards and automatic selection process. These changes were made in consultation with a key group of elite downhillers and AusCycling appreciate their feedback.

Downhill athletes who wish to be considered for the 2022 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships to be held in Les Gets, France 24-28 August 2022, are encouraged to read the revised selection criteria and submit their expression of interest.
