Reynolds returns to ARA Australian Cycling Team for Papendal UCI BMX Racing World Cup rounds
Jun 20, 2025

The 2025 UCI BMX Racing World Cup season continues this weekend in Papendal, Netherlands, hot off the back of last weekend's opening two rounds in Sarrians, France.
Izaac Kennedy, Jesse Asmus and Saya Sakakibara led the way for the ARA Australian Cycling Team in Sarrians and will be chasing more of the same in the third and fourth rounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Lauren Reynolds has joined the squad in the Netherlands, while Bella May has returned to Australia for recovery after a crash in practice last week while preparing for the opening rounds.
Four-time Olympian Reynolds has been plying her trade in her adopted home of the United States via USA BMX Nationals, which is a routine start to the year for the 33-year-old.
Bodi Turner, Teya Rufus and Jordan Callum all sat out Round 2 last Sunday after crashes in Round 1, but the trio are all aiming to be on the gate come for Round 3 on Saturday.
Charli Guy, racing under-23 women, is the only other new Australian behind the gate in Papendal that did not race in Sarrians.
